Job Summary

The Department of Finance, Insurance and Law (FIL) in the College of Business (COB) invites applications for a non‑tenure track position in the area of finance beginning in the fall of 2026. The primary teaching needs are for instructors in the areas of personal finance, investments, and financial markets. Courses may be taught in person, online, or hybrid depending on departmental needs.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$1,250 - $1,500 per month per 3 credit hour course commensurate with experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 years of work experience in a related area
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position, as mandated by state law.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Formal or informal teaching and/or course preparation experience
