Manufacturing Engineer

We’re recruiting for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to improve processes, drive automation, and bring innovative ideas to life by leading projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop, test, and scale new products into production.

Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and implement manufacturing processes that improve safety, productivity, and product quality.
  • Analyze fabrication, machining, and assembly operations to identify and execute process improvements.
  • Lead or support automation and capital investment projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop optimized layouts for equipment, workflows, and labor utilization.
  • Determine tools, materials, and equipment needed to meet production goals and specifications.
  • Conduct time, motion, and cost studies to validate efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation, including layouts, work instructions, and change records.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions and production scale‑up.
  • Contribute to packaging design and ensure strong quality control and continuous improvement practices.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD or Solid Works preferred).
  • Experience with time, motion, and cost analysis for process validation.
  • Experience in prototyping, testing, and documentation preferred.
