**** Job Summary
*** The Director of Application Engineering will lead the application engineering team responsible for positioning Nortek DCC as a trusted technical advisor for the data center cooling market. The Director of Application Engineering will own all commercial facing technical documentation from submittals to educational material, including leading  technical discussions with customers promoting technical acceptance of our solutions. They will drive all equipment selection, ensure quote deadlines and maximize productivity and profitability.

This role is to provide strong leadership in building knowledge for data center applications engineers, scheduling resources, set and execute the technical strategy for each customer.
