Manager Engineering - Braking and Steering Systems

Plans, directs and leads engineering staff and activities to ensure projects, initiatives and processes comply with established policies/objectives.

• Monitoring and continuously improving product and process performance, quality and cost-effectiveness for all engineering activities and deliverables.  
• Providing leadership to create and maintain processes used to design, develop and manufacture components, systems, products, services, and technologies.  
• Managing engineering product and manufacturing process or quality issues, from concept through end of life-cycle.  
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
