Financial Systems Analyst

A global, public manufacturer is looking to add a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance its One Stream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. This person will play a key role in ensuring global reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with US GAAP and SOX requirements.

• Administer and optimize One Stream (user roles/security, metadata, transformation & confirmation rules, performance tuning)
• Support key financial cycles including month-end close, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner closely with Finance and IT on system enhancements, issue resolution, and integrations with ERP systems
• Build and maintain cube views, dashboards, and reporting tools for leadership and stakeholders
• Create documentation and train end users on system best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on One Stream administration experience (security, rules, data sequences, cube views, dashboards)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
