Play n' Grow Therapy is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children flourish in their everyday activities. We specialize in fostering social-emotional development, emotional regulation, functional communication skills, and sensory processing integration, empowering kids to thrive in all aspects of their lives. We offer services in our clinic at 1134 N Main Street Algonquin, IL, or surrounding areas for in-home therapy, or virtually via Teletherapy.

Role Description

This PRN role is designed for flexibility. You choose your availability, and we work to build your caseload around it. There are no minimum hours required. It's a great fit if you already have a job and wanted extra hours on the weekends, or during your "off" times, or if you're curious about exploring a different practice setting without a long-term commitment.

The candidate will provide pediatric occupational therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and foster communication with parents and caregivers. Daily tasks include client assessments, conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with other professionals. With this role, you'll enjoy true autonomy in your care delivery, paired with a supportive and collaborative team, giving you independence without ever feeling like you are alone.

Qualifications
  • Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and conducting client assessments
  • Skills in fostering social-emotional development and emotional regulation
  • Proficiency in functional communication skills and sensory processing integration
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
