Kingston of Vermilion is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll help residents improve daily living skills, restore independence, and enhance their quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered care environment in Vermilion, Ohio.

Evaluate residents’ abilities and design individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on improving self-care, mobility, and independence in daily activities

Document resident progress, update plans, and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate residents and families on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and safe practices

Ensure all occupational therapy services meet Ohio regulations and Kingston’s quality standards

Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome)

Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Compassionate approach with a resident-first mindset

Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative care team
