Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in reaching their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Work Setting: In-person center-based sessions and in-home sessions (within a 5-mile radius)
• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect data and monitor client progress
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain RBT standards and uphold professional ethics

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
