We are looking for experienced pre‑sales professionals who have a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data‑driven. They will work with the Account Executive and Retail & CPG SA to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts, driving adoption of ML & AI.

• Work with 1‑5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

• 5+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) retail and CPG related accounts.
• 3+ years working in a pre‑sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Ability to drive data‑driven business transformation.
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, No
  
  SQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full‑lifecycle data science solutions.
• Experience maintaining and extending production data systems to evolve with complex customer needs.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have:
  Databricks Certification.
