IT Consultant, Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center
, including configuration, integration, and custom development. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Policy Center using Gosu programming language
, Guidewire Studio, and other tools. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Guidewire development, with at least 4 years in Policy Center
. - Strong proficiency in Gosu
, Java, XML, and web services. - Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration
. - Experience with Guidewire Studio
, GUnit, and other development tools. - Good understanding of insurance domain
, especially P&C (Property & Casualty). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Guidewire Certification is required.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
USD 110000 to 138665 per year

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
