Responsibilities- Providing hands-on end-user support for employees in a corporate office and trading floor environment
- Building, configuring, and upgrading workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading desktop-managed servers
- Managing user provisioning (accounts, VPN, directory permissions, mobile devices)
- Supporting conference room technology and meeting setups
- Automating repetitive system administration tasks
- Strong hardware support experience
- Skilled in imaging, configuring, and supporting Windows 11 for optimal performance
- Knowledge of mobile device management
- Experience in MEMCM/SCCM administration (or similar)
- Familiarity with virtualization and desktop services
- Proficiency in AV
- A proactive, enthusiastic problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Intune
- Exposure to macOS or Linux environments
- Up to 110,000 USD + bonus
