As a Senior Solution Architect specializing in CRM/Salesforce Sales and Manufacturing Cloud, you will support and optimize commercial sales and CPQ processes, streamlining CRM workflows from Lead to Order. Key success factors include partnering with business users to translate strategic priorities into technical requirements, aligning opportunity management with CPQ, reducing sales cycles, and enabling commercial teams through digital solutions.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include requirements analysis, process documentation and improvement, defining CRM objectives, collaborating with technical teams for development and implementation, and coordinating user acceptance testing and training. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business and technical acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts within an Agile environment.

- Maintain project and requirements documentation
- Lead meetings, presentations, and working sessions
- Coordinate system and user testing
- Support users during adoption and ongoing use
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of prior Product Management, Solution Architecture or Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of process engineering and re-engineering, as well as process optimization.
- Experience CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Expert communicator, with the ability to facilitate clear and proactive communication between technical and non-technical business users
- Proven ability to organize and execute project tasks using effective project management
- Familiar with Dev Ops platforms, including documentation of epics/user stories/features, as well as requirements traceability (RTM) in an agile methodology.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing, documenting, and communicating requirements for digital experience platforms, including experience with the following domains and concepts:
