Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Specialist to support the administration of our corporate insurance programs. This role will be responsible for coordinating property and casualty insurance coverage, managing claims activity, supporting renewals, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and lease requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, brokers, tenants, and external partners.

• Manage and support all corporate insurance programs, including property, general liability, umbrella, workers’ compensation, and other lines of coverage
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including data collection, exposure reporting, and broker communications
• Manage and track claims activity; serve as liaison between internal stakeholders, insurers, and third-party administrators
• Review tenant insurance certificates to ensure compliance with lease requirements
• Maintain accurate insurance records, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with insurance-related budgeting and forecasting
• Support risk mitigation initiatives and recommend process improvements
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding coverage, deductibles, and claims procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2–5+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related role
• Experience with commercial property insurance preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
