Airfreight Export Coordinator

Airfreight Export Coordinator What You'll Do

• Coordinate international air export shipments from pickup through final billing
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, including AES filings, Denied Party Screening, and Hazmat requirements
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, airway bills, and customs-related documents
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve service issues, and proactively communicate with customers and vendors
• Process customer billing, validate charges, and support accounts payable resolution
• Review shipment profitability and elevate exceptions as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and exceptional customer service

• 1–3 years of experience in airfreight, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
• Knowledge of export documentation, AES filings, Incoterms, and international shipping processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Preferred 2-3 years experience handling healthcare airfreight shipments
• Preferred Experience with Pharma temp control product
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate Degree preferred
