Position OverviewHelp us shape the future of Mobility. Our organization is at a pivotal inflection point, transforming from a project-based, IT-centric execution model to a modern Product Operating Model. We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Head of Product to lead this evolution and report directly to the CEO.
In this role, you will architect and scale a product organization built on Durable Trios, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Design, aligned to customer value streams. Your mission: institutionalize this model and empower teams to solve complex, high-impact challenges for customers that include the world’s largest rental car agencies, major municipalities, universities and Departments of Transportation.
This role requires a strategic leader who can balance modernizing core platforms with fueling new growth engines, from connected services to advanced mobility solutions. You will lead the shift from output-focused delivery to business results that matter and drive customer value. Cultivating deep, real‑world understanding of customer needs to inspire the right solutions. Responsibilities- Define the North Star:
Craft and champion a unified product vision that brings together a diverse portfolio into a seamless, customer-centric ecosystem. - Shift to Outcome-Based Roadmaps:
Move the organization from sales-driven feature lists to problem-focused roadmaps. Success will be measured by business outcomes including customer retention, increasing adoption, and driving margin expansion. - Portfolio Leadership:
Manage investments with rigor, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and prioritize opportunities that drive growth and innovation. - Institutionalize the Product Model:
Establish the structure for effective cross-collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, and Design as the standard delivery unit. Foster true collaboration to accelerate innovation. - Build World-Class Talent:
Recruit, coach, and retain exceptional product leaders. Elevate Product Design as a strategic peer to Engineering and Product Management, ensuring a balanced and customer-centric approach. - Be a Cultural Change Agent:
Drive a mindset shift to problem-solving. Bridge the gap between operational excellence and future innovation, creating a culture that thrives on solving customer challenges in a meaningful and innovative manner. - Platform Modernization:
Collaborate with the CTO to lead the systems migration to modern, microservices-based platforms that increase agility, scalability, and strengthen customer acquisition. - Discovery-First Mindset:
