You are looking for an Associate Field Service Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support at customer sites.
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment, ensuring systems perform reliably while delivering excellent customer support in clinical and laboratory environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, repair, test, and calibrate medical systems
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance
- Provide on‑site customer support and technical training
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory
- Work closely with sales and service teams
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with travel up to 75 percent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
