SECTR Partners are partnered with a Personal Care CDMO based in Illinois that specialise in Liquid Filling Personal Care Products.
Summary of Responsibilities- Oversee all daily operations of manufacturing site (Liquids and Personal Care filling).
- Manage manufacturing processes and plant personnel.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing improvements and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with State and International regulations (FDA & OSHA).
- Develop operating budgets and monitor KPIs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Lean Six Sigma
- 10+ years of Site leadership with Liquid Compounding.
- Plant leadership experience with FDA regulated products
