About the role

As the Workforce Development and Partnership Specialist at Aspiritech, you will drive our mission forward by forging meaningful connections, representing the organization at events, and cultivating a robust network with local chambers of commerce and allied entities. You will balance responsibilities between partnership development, event coordination, and data-driven program oversight, ensuring that Aspiritech’s workforce initiatives expand, succeed, and make a measurable impact.

This role reports to the Director of Inclusion & Outreach.

TLDR: You’ll build and maintain strategic partnerships, expand Aspiritech’s community reach, and drive measurable outcomes through workforce development programs.

Key Responsibilities Partnership Building and Networking
  • Attend workforce development events, conferences, and local gatherings to represent Aspiritech and foster relationships.
  • Engage proactively with local chambers of commerce, business associations, and nonprofit organizations to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of partners to maximize program impact and resource sharing.
  • Schedule and organize participation in events, panels, workshops, and job fairs to amplify Aspiritech’s mission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design event strategies and ensure coordinated engagement.
Data Collection and Metrics Reporting
  • Create and manage systems for collecting data on partnerships, program results, and impact metrics.
  • Analyze engagement data to generate actionable insights, informing ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, focusing on measurable outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
Program Scheduling and Coordination
  • Oversee scheduling of partnership meetings, workforce engagements, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of activities, calendar deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Continuously optimize scheduling processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
Government Partnerships
  • Develop and foster relationships with federal, state, and local government entities.
  • Respond to government proposals for work and manage portal submissions.
  • Maintain compliance and communication with relevant government stakeholders.
Innovation and Professional Growth
  • Stay current on workforce development trends, partnership best practices, and emerging tools to enhance program delivery.
  • Experiment with new approaches to outreach and collaboration, helping establish scalable, repeatable processes as Aspiritech grows.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce development, community relations, or partnership management in a B2B or nonprofit environment.
  • Proven ability to build networks and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience participating in or organizing professional events, workshops, or outreach initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and event coordination.
  • Comfortable analyzing and reporting metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication abilities for networking and relationship building.
  • Highly collaborative and able to thrive in cross-functional team settings.
