Job Summary
Reliance Home Health Caregivers is seeking a licensed nurse to provide 1‑on‑1 private duty care to an 18‑year‑old female patient in Schiller Park, IL, on Sundays from 7 am to 7 pm. The position requires a valid Illinois LPN or RN license and at least one year of direct patient‑care experience. Training is available for pediatrics, home health, and various skills.
DutiesProvide nursing care for the patient, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring of medical devices such as G‑tubes, tracheostomy, ventilator, and general patient care for a pediatric/young adult patient. Work independently during scheduled shift hours.
Qualifications- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care as an RN or LPN
- CPR certification
- Flexible hours / scheduling for full‑time, part‑time or PRN
- Shift options: 8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts at employee’s choice
Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary.
Pay: LPN $38/hr; RN $47/hr.
