We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the GESTRA US – Midwestern sales team. The successful candidate will ethically achieve sales targets to deliver profitable growth through providing differentiated value to our customers. Build balanced partnerships with existing and potential customers across multiple target industry segments.

Responsibilities- Providing new customers with a complete understanding of GESTRA’s solutions that drive value for our customers and ourselves.
- Actively seeking self-generated growth opportunities and generating sales volume.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through the development of territory, account, and call plans that expand priority sectors to achieve planned growth.
- Introducing GESTRA capabilities and the full product range to all collaborators through professional presentations, lunch & learns, and other effective methods.
- Using a consultative selling approach to uncover customer pains and gains to improve value for the customer.
- Deploying Customer Value Propositions (CVP) to focus resources on finding opportunities for and delivering value to the customer.
- Participating in various networking group activities, professional organizations, and trade shows to develop new leads and customers.
- Maintaining up-to-date records via Company I-Share Site and CRM system on opportunities, accounts, quotations, contacts, calls, and meetings to achieve periodic forecasts and goals.
- Managing leads and opportunity pipelines independently, and tracking conversion rates and win/loss reasons.
- Collaborating with GOGC, Power Thrust Groups, Strategic Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and Industry Segment Leads to improve the complete product offering, design, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with a technical or industrial product line, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record in conducting “boardroom” style presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM business software.
- Valid driver’s license in compliance with Spirax Group USA company driving policies.
