As we continue expanding our footprint in Illinois, we’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Chicagoland market.
The OpportunityThis is an ideal role for a self‑starter who thrives in a commission‑based environment and is motivated by building relationships, opening new accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will represent a premium agave spirits portfolio to on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, working closely with distributors and retail partners to increase visibility, placements, and sell‑through.
This position offers strong earning potential through competitive commission and performance‑based bonuses tied directly to sales results.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, prospect, and open new on‑premise (bars, restaurants) and off‑premise (liquor stores, chains) accounts
- Grow distribution, menu placements, features, and displays across assigned territory
- Execute sales goals and performance targets within the Chicagoland area
- Conduct product tastings, staff trainings, and in‑store activations
- Work closely with distributor sales teams to drive pull‑through and priority focus
- Participate in ride‑alongs, market blitzes, and sales meetings
- Track inventory, depletion trends, and performance metrics
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador in the market
- Educate trade partners on agave spirits, production methods, and brand story
- Support local events, festivals, and promotional initiatives
- Maintain account records and pipeline tracking
- Provide weekly sales updates and market feedback
- Contribute to strategic territory planning and growth initiatives
- Commission‑based earnings tied directly to sales performance
- Competitive bonus structure for hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Incentives for new account openings and key placements

- 2+ years of sales experience (spirits, beverage alcohol, or CPG preferred)
- Existing relationships within the Chicagoland on‑premise and/or retail market a strong plus
- Strong understanding of distributor systems and three‑tier structure preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
- Passionate about tequila, mezcal, and agave spirits
- Self‑motivated and performance‑driven
- Comfortable working in a commission‑based role
- Relationship‑oriented with strong follow‑through
