Pay: $36–$40/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 am–5 pm (three‑day weekends every week!)

Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, two sick days

This isn't a "just install it and leave" job. This is a leadership seat. You'll be trusted with:

• Full HVAC installation responsibilities
• Billing out completed jobs accurately
• Communicating with customers in a way that builds trust and loyalty
• On-site training and mentoring of less‑experienced technicians

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• EPA certification (preferred but not required)
