You'll work closely with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and help shape a customer experience that's second to none.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00am Start Time
• Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day

Pay: $0.68/mile + $25/stop pay

• Cents per mile increases every 12 months
• Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
• Load and arrange freight for efficient delivery order
• Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
• Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
• Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
• Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition

• A Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License (required)
• A minimum of 24 months of experience in a full-time Class A Tractor/Trailer driving position in the previous 3 years
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years (personal or commercial)
• No serious traffic violations or convictions in the last three years
• No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years
• Knowledge of applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety regulations
• Ability to satisfy FMCSA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical
• High level of reliability and commitment to the role
• Strong communication skills with professional interactions
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and respond to inquiries
• Must meet minimum age and insurability requirements (21+) per company policies and/or regulations
