Watchung Terrace, a Springpoint Senior Living affordable housing community in Middlesex, NJ, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the overall daily operations and upkeep of the community in maintenance, grounds, safety, and security. A minimum of 3 years maintenance experience is required, and supervisory experience is preferred. Pay range is $30-35 per hour.
