Join the Manufacturing – Americas division as a Maintenance Trainee and start a rewarding career in mechanical maintenance within our Fibers segment. This role provides a vital foundation for developing technical knowledge and skills in a dynamic industrial environment.

• Assist in routine and preventive maintenance tasks across mechanical systems and equipment.
• Learn to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of skilled maintenance professionals.
• Support repairs by preparing tools, parts, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills related to mechanical maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Occasional travel to other company sites or training centers up to 25% of the time.

• Strong interest in mechanical systems and willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance field.
• Technical knowledge or skills acquired through education, certification, or prior experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Reliable and disciplined approach to completing assigned tasks.

Our trainee program provides valuable experience in mechanical maintenance, opportunities for continuous learning, and the chance to contribute to a leading manufacturing organization. Training sessions, both on‑site and off‑site, are covered by IVMS, which will reimburse tuition, books, and fees for courses where a grade of C or higher is achieved. The trainee is not paid for training time.
