Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

The Game Technician position is responsible for maintaining the functionality of our unique game technology. Our Game Technicians are knowledgeable about the mechanics and operations of the game courses and ensure they are performing properly and safely. Through troubleshooting and repair techniques as well as timely and accurate reporting, the Game Technician works closely with the venue team to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere and guest experience on the course.

Like For You To Have
  • 2+ years’ experience in technical support or maintenance.
  • Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
  • Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
  • Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
  • Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
  • Possess a guest‑focused mindset; provide an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multi‑task.
  • Must have flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, holidays, weekends and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • This position must pass a post‑offer background check.
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills down to the component level and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs.
  • Familiar with Ethernet data infrastructure.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Basic understanding of electromechanical devices.
  • Examples: linear actuators, small conveyor systems, etc.
Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
  • Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with demanding conditions.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Work environment may be confined, crowded, and variable in noise and temperature.
  • Physical demands: ability to move and lift 10–50 lbs, navigate stairs, and stand for extended periods.
  • Hand‑dexterity to work with small tools and fine‑tune components.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
