Maintenance Technician

As a full‑or part‑time Maintenance Technician at Home2 Suites/Tru Scottsdale Salt River, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in building maintenance and repair to keep our hotel in top‑notch condition. You will maintain the physical facilities and hotel grounds through preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. You will complete daily work orders and repairs in a timely manner to guarantee guest satisfaction. In addition, you will ensure pool chemistry and temperature meet health department standards. Your top priority is safety and security of the hotel grounds and building, and maintaining landscaping in a neat and attractive manner, including timely snow removal and safe walkways and parking lots.

• Knowledge of and experience with physical plant maintenance and protection
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills, independence, and passion for top‑notch customer service
