Optima is seeking a maintenance technician for a luxury apartment community in Scottsdale. You will perform apartment home make-readies, routine preventative maintenance, and various repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.
You’ll handle turnover of vacant units, keep records, and join an on-call rotating team. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.
