SRG Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Communicate with supervisor to determine painting requirements and assist with project decisions;
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Maintenance Director;
Cover surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, and protective coverings to keep them free of paint;
Prepare surfaces by washing, filling holes and cracks, and sanding to smooth;
Apply primer, sealers, and paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
