Compensation: $21.00 + per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shifts: Full‑time position, Sunday to Thursday
Job SummaryOur Pool Maintenance Staff are passionate about excellence and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. They frequently oversee pool maintenance and pool deck cleanliness, responsible for cleaning the pool, balancing chemicals, washing the pool deck, landscaping, low‑voltage lighting, irrigation repair, event set‑up and tear‑down.
Day‑to‑Day- Create custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and other workstations.
- Help repair and maintain pool equipment and ensure proper circulation, cleaning, and pool chemistry.
- Ensure that all equipment (e.g., railings, ropes, pumps) are in good working order, providing repair or replacement as needed.
- Help procure chemicals, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize the swimming pool (including cleaning pools, filters, skimming surfaces, vacuuming, and adjusting chemicals as needed).
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
- Trim and maintain vegetation around facilities.
- Willingness to assist in facilities maintenance when needed.
- Preferred but not required: at least 1 year experience in pool operation & aquatics.
- Preferred but not required:
Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO). - Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Caring individual who wants others to succeed as a team.
- Ability to provide customer service with a smile.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
