We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter / Maintenance Technician to support the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall upkeep of our industrial property in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment through daily cleaning, trash removal, preventative maintenance, and general property care. This role is not limited to the responsibilities listed below and may be asked to assist in other areas of the business, including multifamily operations, as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, entrances, walkways, exterior spaces, and other assigned areas.
• Remove trash, debris, and litter from the property and maintain dumpster and waste areas.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist with preventative maintenance assignments.
• Assist with basic repairs, touch-ups, and general property upkeep.
• Monitor the property for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Report larger maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Support turnover, special projects, and other assigned tasks as needed.
• Assist in other areas of the business, including multifamily operations, as needed.

• Previous experience in porter, maintenance, facilities, or related work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and property presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Basic maintenance skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors as needed.

This position is primarily performed on‑site at an industrial property. Duties may involve working outdoors, exposure to varying weather conditions, lifting, bending, standing, walking, and performing repetitive physical tasks. Work may also require interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal team members. This role may also support additional business operations, including multifamily properties, depending on company needs.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift, carry, and perform manual tasks. The role may require lifting and carrying equipment, tools, trash, and cleaning materials.
