We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Phoenix Police Department facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot.
• Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• As directed by OMEX Management

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Phoenix Police Background Check Required

Background Check Requirements:

• Real Identity / Legal Name
• Felony and Misdemeanor records Check
• County checks for Arizona and anywhere the applicant has lived
• Minimum of 7-year history
• Criminals Records check
• Sexual offender search
• Outstanding warrants
• Current criminal investigations
• Current parole or probation
• All Applicants must provide:
• A scanned copy of the front and back of the government issued photo
• A scanned copy of the front and back of the Social Security Card
• 620 Finger print form
• COP Police Department Clearance From
• Badge and Key fee, $55.
