As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals. Your work directly supports our mission to provide safe and efficient air travel while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Your day will be dynamic and hands-on, centered around ensuring every aircraft is flight-ready and impeccably maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

• Pre-Flight Inspections
  :
  Start your day by waking up the aircraft, conducting thorough pre-flight checks to ensure all systems are fully operational before takeoff.

• Post-Flight Inspections
  :
  After each flight, you will perform detailed post-flight evaluations to identify and address any issues or wear that may have occurred.

• Maintenance Logging
  :
  All maintenance activities whether scheduled or unscheduled are documented in Traxxall and properly signed off in aircraft logbooks, ensuring full traceability and compliance.

• Hangar Maintenance
  :
  Youll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the hangar.

• High school diploma/GED

• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds

• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.

• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, weekends.

• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.

• Ability to operate forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.

• Ability to taxi and engine run an airplane.

• Must procure own tool set.

• Prior aircraft maintenance experience.

• Experience working with AMM, IBC, FIM, etc. for troubleshooting references.
