The Maintenance Technician role requires someone who is comfortable both behind a desk and occasionally checking on job sites and keeping track of people, processes, and priorities with confidence. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the maintenance aspects of the property management role.
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $70,000
