Maintenance Worker, General Labor, Facility Maintenance

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the required pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets the company’s approved driver status.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least one year of experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.

• Provides regular and preventive maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Direct support roles within this organization are mandated reporters and must report any instances of abuse, neglect, or exploitation that they are involved in or witness.
