The Role- Lead a team of Electrical and Automation personnel
- Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and project activities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities
- Drive continuous improvement, KPI performance, and team development
- Monday–Friday, days role
- Supervisory or leadership experience within manufacturing or production
- Electrical, automation, maintenance, or industrial engineering background
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
