Pratt Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our recycling and manufacturing lines running smoothly. You’ll maintain and repair industrial machinery that converts recycled paper into corrugated boxes, ensuring reliability and safety on the production floor.
The role requires hands-on experience with 3-phase power, AC/DC motors, gear reducers, PLCs and related systems; applicants must bring personal tools and a readiness to work 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM in a structured shift.
