• Maintain and repair car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance on wash equipment, building, and site.
• Document service, preventative maintenance, and corporate credit card expenditures.
• Source and order parts as needed.
• Complete service requests and manage special projects.
• Work closely with management to keep the car wash safe and effective, contributing to a clean and reliable service for all customers.

• Create a positive and productive wash culture through leadership, attitude, and effort.
• Ensure excellent wash quality through maintenance, repairs, and communication.
• Build positive relations and experiences for all customers and team members.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Support, train, mentor, and grow current and future Service Technicians, Managers, and Team Members.
• Strive for excellence in all that you do.
