Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work, and prepare for operations;
Perform building and grounds maintenance and general upkeep duties as needed, including mowing, weed whacking, and chipping ice during winter conditions;
Maintain warehouse, operate power equipment to sweep and scrub floors, wash warehouse floors and aisles, clean up spills, remove trash and debris, and perform snow plowing as required;
Perform light maintenance (e.g., change light bulbs, repair sinks and toilets, clean carpets, duct work, set up conference rooms, etc.) as needed;
Assist warehouse personnel, outside contractors, and maintenance personnel on special maintenance projects as directed
