Noble Biomaterials seeks a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support advanced antimicrobial and conductive textile production. In this on-site role, you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime on critical manufacturing equipment. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams, follow GMP and safety standards, and help implement continuous improvement for reliability in a science-driven, innovation-focused environment with sustainable, real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment during 3rd shift
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems supporting textile manufacturing
- Monitor and quickly resolve equipment downtime to maintain production targets
- Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and safety checks on machinery
- Document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history in CMMS or logs
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve reliability
- Follow GMP, safety, and environmental procedures in a biotech/industrial setting
- Support installation, setup, and testing of new or upgraded equipment
