Capilano Properties in Phoenix/Mesa is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to support our resident-focused operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and ensure timely unit turns.
This role requires EPA Type II Certification, CPO, 4+ years in maintenance, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with supervisors, vendors, and the team to deliver a safe, comfortable living environment.
