Avalon Bay is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for one or more communities in Seal Beach, CA. You will direct preventive maintenance, manage a skilled team, and uphold safety and quality standards across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facilities.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in apartment maintenance with strong technical knowledge, EPA Type I/II and CPO where applicable, and proven leadership abilities.
