Technician - CDJR - Hybrid Certified

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and certified CDJR Hybrid Technician to join our team and support the needs of our customers.

• Accurately diagnoses customer concerns
• Properly repairs vehicles
• Performs thorough multi-point inspections
• Records accurate brake and tire measurements
• Maintains a clean work area
• Delivers customers’ cars in better condition than when they arrived
• Reports any safety or efficiency concerns to management
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification desired
• At least four years of shop experience
• Manufacturer training desired
• Must have a professional set of tools necessary for this position
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work Monday through Saturday
• Dedicated to excellence
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Pay Scale:
Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 to $40.00. Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $70.00 to $80.00 depending on certifications held. Production bonus on individual performance may range from $0.00 upward without a fixed upper limit.
