Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency;
Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform make-ready unit maintenance as directed;
Repair fixtures and components (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Clean and maintain exterior landscape and report deficiencies to supervisor
