• Successfully executed residential and commercial moves, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods and belongings.
• Conducted inventory checks and maintained accurate records of items moved, ensuring accountability and organization throughout the process.
• Provided exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, resulting in a high rate of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Operated moving equipment, including dollies, hand trucks, and packing materials, to streamline the moving process and enhance efficiency.
• Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills by adapting to unexpected challenges during moves, ensuring the timely completion of projects.
• Maintained a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
