Hardware Technician

We are seeking an Onsite Hardware Technician to support a large-scale memory upgrade project for one of our clients.

• Upgrade memory on HP Elite Book 840 G9/G10/G11 laptops.
• Remove 8GB modules and install 16GB modules following a set procedure.
• Disassemble and reassemble devices safely and accurately.
• Power on devices and complete DDR boot steps.
• Work efficiently to support high device volume.

• Prior hands‑on experience with laptop hardware repair or component replacement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with onsite staff.
