Merrill Gardens - - - Responsibilities:
Performs general maintenance as needed or assigned;
Ensures walls, floors, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in the common areas are properly maintained and repaired;
Repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner, including painting walls and cleaning carpets;
Maintains and repairs all in-house plumbing as needed;
Completes all work orders in a timely manner and documents safety issues and physical plan deficiencies
