Company Description
One Pro AVL is a Seattle-area event production company supporting corporate, nonprofit, and private live events. We provide audio, video, lighting, staging, and LED wall systems for events ranging from galas and conferences to large-scale productions and installations.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to manage daily shop operations and event prep. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment is show-ready, organized, and accurately tracked.
This is a hands‑on position that blends warehouse logistics with live event production support.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Prep & Returns
- Pull and prep equipment based on event orders
- QC test audio, video, and lighting equipment before load‑out
- Pack and stage gear for efficient truck loading
- Check in, test, clean, and re‑stock returned equipment
- Flag damaged or missing items
Warehouse Operations
- Manage shipping and receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize and label shelves, cables, cases, and racks
- Maintain consumables and small hardware stock
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Operate pallet jacks and walk‑behind forklift
- Safely load/unload trucks
- Drive a 16’ box truck to and from events several times per week
- Experience with shipping & receiving and warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 16’ box truck (required)
- Experience in the AV or live event industry strongly preferred
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with professional audio, lighting, LED walls, or staging equipment
- Inventory software experience (Rentman or similar)
- Basic understanding of power distribution and cabling
- Someone who takes ownership of the shop
- Detail‑focused and proactive
- Calm under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Interested in growing within the live events industry
