Your shift will be highly dynamic and physically active. You will navigate an expansive, climate-controlled environment where human ingenuity meets artificial intelligence. • Precision Order Picking: You will utilize state-of-the‑art handheld scanning technology to identify, verify, and select exact items from robotic shelving units, ensuring perfect order accuracy.
• Strategic Packing: Once items are picked, you will transition to packing. This involves selecting the optimal box size, applying protective dunnage, securely taping the package, and affixing the final shipping label.
• Continuous Quality Assurance: At every touchpoint, you act as the final set of eyes, identifying damaged packaging or mislabeled items before they ever leave the facility.
