Associate Food Service Attendant - Nutrition Services

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for washing dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary procedures. The dish worker retrieves soiled meal trays from patient care units throughout the medical center. May be responsible for janitorial duties such as cleaning the floor, dish machine and emptying garbage, recycling and compost. Performs related tasks as required.

• National Food Handler Card - State, County, City Authority (upon hire)

• Six months of related experience and/or training

Pay range: $25.76 - $33.75 per hour. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, extra shift incentives, bonuses.
